The Transformer Program is 13 weeks long. It teaches women how to lose weight and keep it off through nutrition education and behavior change. It is available 3x a year and you must apply to get in. Click here to learn more.
The Surge Program is 12 weeks long. It teaches new lifters how to lift weights with proper technique, and gives them an education in the fundamentals of strength training. Home and gym versions available! Click here to learn more.

The Unstoppable Program is a 12-week program, and it runs year-round. It teaches intermediate and advanced lifters (men and women) how to design their own training programs. No more relying on cookie-cutter programs – when our clients graduate, they often know more than most personal trainers about strength training and program design.
