Unstoppable is a ‘serious’ lifting program for more experienced lifters and Surge graduates. You should have AT LEAST 3 months of lifting experience and be training at least 2-3x a week. If you have a weak or lagging body part or just want to sculpt your physique and get stronger, this is the program for you. You can choose from a 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day program customized to your physique goals.
